RICHARD MORRIS

Richard is a specialist family law solicitor at Austins and is Head of their Family Law Team. He has over 20 years experience of all aspects of family law to include cases involving both financial and children issues and has been involved in cases involving high net worth clients . He also has previous experience as a family mediator working with separating couples. Richard has worked for several years at Austins in both their Luton and Berkhamsted offices. He is committed to the collaborative approach which is suitable for many couples in resolving issues in a non adversarial way thus reducing the emotional and financial cost to the couple. Richard recognises that it is important for people to maintain control of the separation process.
