I
am a family solicitor with Turner & Debenhams having joined
the firm in 2000. I specialise in assisting clients reach a resolution
of those matters which arise when their relationships breakdown.
I qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and since becoming a member
of Resolution, I have qualified as a Collaborative Lawyer.
I
handle a wide range of family cases which include divorce and
separation, finance (including for unmarried and married couples
and civil partners), and children (but excluding public law cases)
and believe that where appropriate the Collaborative approach
can help clients reach a solution to all these areas, where the
client is willing to work with their former partner to reach agreement.
I
am married and the father of 2 young boys and when time permits
I am a keen genealogist, gardener and cook. I am also a Foundation
Governor of a senior school with responsibility for child protection
issues and governor training. |
