Marilyn Bell

Marilyn is a family law solicitor specialising in the resolution of financial matters arising from divorce and relationship breakdown. She also advises and represents parents and Guardians on children matters in both private and public law.

Marilyn believes that for many people the Collaborative Law approach makes a big difference to their experience of a relationship breakdown. The whole focus is on co-operation and to solve, rather than inflame, any difficulties, to enable the couple to ‘come out the other side’ with a reasonable relationship with each other. This will prepare them for the future to be able to resolve together all the decision making that will be needed for their children.
