Joyti Henchie qualified as a Solicitor in 1995 and has specialised in Family Law since that time. She is a partner head of department in Attwater & Liell, based in Harlow and Loughton. She can advise on all aspects of family Law including divorce, separation, ancillary relief and financial claims between non-married partners. She can assist parents, grandparents and children in private law children act proceedings and public law children act matters including care, adoption and special guardianship orders.
