Jacqueline
has practised exclusively family and matrimonial law since 1997
and is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and
is a member of Resolution. She specialises in ancillary relief
and other financial claims such as between non-married partners.
Jacqueline
has always advocated the non-confrontational approach to resolution
of family disputes by ‘round table meetings’ and welcomes
the Collaborative Family Law philosophy. She trained as a Collaborative
lawyer in December 2006.
In
her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys her young family, being in the
country and practising as well as teaching, yoga.
