As a collaborative lawyer, Helen recognizes and understands that separation and divorce can be traumatic events in a person’s life, with ramifications for the whole family. She is committed to working with clients to facilitate the best outcomes for them and their family members, enabling them to make decisions for the future and move forward. This is done without the need to have to go to court.

Helen offers support, understanding and the best legal advice to her clients to assist them through the process of separation. Working together in the collaborative process in a non confrontational way ensures that solutions are created by the people involved.

Helen has been a solicitor for almost 20 years and has specialised in all aspects of family law for the last 15 years. She is a member of the advanced tier of the Law Society Family Panel and Resolution. Helen is also a member of the regional committee of Collaborative family lawyers, known as Hertfordshire Family Lawyers. She believes that the collaborative approach is the right one and is committed to working in this way.
